All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
If you sign up for the Individual plan's 14-day free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.
The Service is provided exclusively for real estate agent training purposes. You agree not to:

The Obsidian RE platform, including its software, AI models, training scenarios, user interface, design, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Obsidian RE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription.
Your training data: You retain ownership of any data, inputs, notes, and personal training records that you create or upload while using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your training data. However, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
All training scenarios, client simulations, feedback, coaching, and grading provided by the Obsidian RE platform are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for educational and training purposes only.
AI-generated content does not constitute real estate advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any form of professional counsel. The simulated scenarios, clients, and situations presented during training sessions are entirely fictional and should not be interpreted as guidance for real-world transactions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@obsidianre.co. We will process data deletion requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Obsidian RE and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Obsidian RE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within the United States. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
